today is strange.
i whispered a prayer some time ago
at night.
it was after a conversation
with aunty karfoon.
i said that if i see djulian in school,
i will invite him to church.
part of me knew that i would
never probably not see djulian in school.
but today in some strange
twist of fate
i was in school really early
like twelve for a three oclock class.
i didnt have the courage to ask
when i saw him.
but i did.
he declined.
