if i could have my way, i would like to get away for a little while. not quite far away, somewhere round the corner like bintan, where uncle mengwee has free lobangs, or batam, where i will be going, or melaka, my for-now dream destination, though theres some weird craving for australia but i know i wont be able to afford it, not till december at least. a little unwind, a little long walk, a cuppa coffee, a little sun, some company. theres this sense of adventure in me that makes me wanna go out of my comfort zone and into some unknown. oh well, i am going ubin tomorrow. haha.

work in the morning was a little slow. so when uncle kenneth called me, i was like, is uncle william around? is aunty karfoon around?? desperately seeking attention. hahaa. aunty KF then came down to have lunch with me. after lunch, one more of my colleague came, so theres some fun in the office. hehee. i like the office. but i am sometimes quite unsure what time should i reach the office or what time can i leave? hahahaa. unlike 16-0-2, you start at nine and end at six thirty.

i feel like i am fighting a losing battle on my own. but i have learnt before the power of the cross. i am pressing on.

and i realised that i can still learn the guitar. but i have to look forward to another friday. theres something in my throat.
